Best AI Tools for Real Estate Agents (2026)

Plan details checked September 21, 2026 on each vendor's own site. US dollars, list price, before tax. Vendors change plans often, so confirm before you buy.

Agents juggle three separate jobs with software: keeping track of leads, showing the property, and producing the photos and copy that sell it. This guide covers one tool for each job, plus a widely known all-in-one platform that doesn't publish a price at all.

How this guide was built: it draws on each vendor's own pricing page. We have not hands-on tested every product, so we give no ratings or scores. Where a page doesn't state something, we say so instead of guessing.

1. Lead and client management: Follow Up Boss

Grow is $58 per user per month billed annually (two months free) or $69 monthly, and covers connecting lead sources, custom lead distribution, Smart Lists, automated follow-up (Action Plans), calling/texting/emailing from the app, and calendar sync. Calling itself is a separate add-on, $33 to $39 per user.

Pro, the most popular plan, is $416 a month billed annually or $499 monthly and includes 10 users (additional users $41-49 a month). It adds unlimited calling and texting, team inboxes, call reporting, and AI features: smart summaries, smart messages, suggested tasks and predictive lead prioritization.

Platform is $1,000 a month and includes 30 users (additional users $20 a month), adding teams-within-teams structure and priority support. Every plan includes 7-day-a-week phone and email support, and Follow Up Boss advertises no contracts.

2. Showing the property: Matterport

The Free plan covers 1 active space and 2 users, with no credit card required, and includes 3D capture from a phone or 360 camera, room measurements, AI defurnishing and automatic photo galleries.

Starter is $12 a month billed annually (list price $14), covering 5 to 20 active spaces and 3 users, and adds publishing to Google Street View and to listing portals including Realtor.com, Homes.com and Redfin. Professional, Matterport's most popular plan, is $58 a month (list $69) for 20 to 150 spaces and 10 users. Business is $296 a month (list $355) for 100 to 300 spaces and 50 users, adding Autodesk Construction Cloud integration and full analytics export. Enterprise is by quote.

3. Photos, staging and copy: BoxBrownie

BoxBrownie has no subscription. You pay per photo or per service: image enhancement is $1.60, a day-to-dusk sky replacement is $4.00, virtual staging is $24.00 (360-degree staging is $48.00), and removing an item from a photo is $8.00. Floor plan redraws start at $24.00, virtual renovations run $24.00 to $176.00 depending on scope, and listing copywriting starts at $28.00 for up to 150 words. A basic virtual tour of up to 15 photos is $16.00.

What's missing: an all-in-one platform with no public price

BoldTrail, the rebrand of kvCORE from Inside Real Estate, markets itself as an all-in-one "growth engine": IDX websites, CRM, done-for-you lead generation, automated follow-up and back-office tools in one platform. Its pricing page shows no price anywhere; it asks you to watch a demo to get a quote. If you're comparing an all-in-one platform against assembling Follow Up Boss, Matterport and BoxBrownie separately, budget time for a sales call, not a quick page-read, and ask what's included at the tier they quote you.

How to choose

  1. Start with lead management if you don't already have it. Follow Up Boss's Grow plan at $58 a month is the cheapest way into automated follow-up.
  2. Price 3D tours by your listing volume. Matterport's tiers scale by "active spaces," so estimate how many live listings you'll have tours up for at once, not how many you'll ever shoot.
  3. Use BoxBrownie's per-item pricing to budget per listing, not per month, since there's no subscription.
  4. Ask an all-in-one vendor exactly what a quote includes before comparing it to buying tools separately; BoldTrail's page gives no number to start from.
  5. Watch the free trial and free tier options: Follow Up Boss offers a free trial, and Matterport has a genuinely free forever tier for a single active space.

Quick math for a solo agent with 3 active listings, annual billing where offered: Follow Up Boss Grow is $58 a month. Matterport Starter is $12 a month. A basic staged listing package from BoxBrownie (virtual staging on 6 photos plus a floor plan) runs roughly $168 to $192 depending on the floor plan style, as a one-time cost per listing rather than monthly. Total recurring software cost: about $70 a month, plus per-listing media costs.

FAQ

Is there a free way to start? Matterport's Free plan is genuinely free forever for one active space. Follow Up Boss offers a free trial rather than a permanent free tier.

Do I need an all-in-one platform or separate tools? It depends on how much you value one bill and one login versus knowing exactly what you're paying for each job. Separate tools here have public, itemized pricing; BoldTrail does not.
